Susan Roschke has extensive experience in grant management and consulting, currently serving as the Grants and Donor Data Manager at Cincinnati Works since February 2017, where responsibilities include grant writing, funding contract management, and donor data analysis. As the Founder of Simple Resilience, LLC since May 2014, Susan specializes in risk assessment and emergency preparedness consulting for small businesses. Previous roles include Grants Officer with a focus on donor analytics and Salesforce database management, Volunteer Consultant at the Executive Service Corps of Cincinnati, and various planning and administrative positions in municipal and regional planning. Susan holds a Ph.D. in Sociology from Cornell University, a Master’s in Urban & Regional Planning from Virginia Commonwealth University, and a Bachelor's in Sociology from St. Lawrence University.
