Andrew Wilczynski retired as a Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (“PwC”) after 35 years of practice in its Financial Advisory Services. He has worked with a wide range of organizations to raise capital, advise on growth prospects and strategic opportunities in addition to designing and implementing reorganization and refinancing strategies.
He provides advice on a range of financial, managerial, and operational issues to Executive management, Boards of Directors, shareholders, and lenders, as well as regulatory agencies. In his long and distinguished career, Andrew has succeeded in numerous leadership and Board positions.
