Alex Souza Leme

Alex Souza Leme has extensive experience in maintenance supervision, currently serving as Supervisor Técnico de Manutenção at Cinemark since May 2014. In this role, responsibilities include overseeing a technical maintenance team across 20 cinema complexes in multiple Brazilian states, managing subcontractors and service contracts for various systems such as refrigeration, electrical substation, and fire alarm systems, as well as developing preventive maintenance plans and training new staff. Prior to this, Alex worked as a Pleno Technician de Manutenção at Cinemark, focusing on electrical, hydraulic, and civil repairs, and also operated as a self-employed maintenance service provider with SOS Souza Leme from August 2009 to April 2014. Alex holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Production Engineering from Universidade Paulista and a technical diploma in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Control Engineering from Colégio Técnico ETEP.
