Darek Heath has extensive experience in the entertainment and restaurant industries. Darek started their career at Outback Steakhouse in 1998 as a Managing Partner. Darek then joined Studio Movie Grill in 2002, where they held various positions, including General Manager, Director of Operations, Vice President of Operations, Vice President of Development, and Vice President of Training & Recruiting. At Studio Movie Grill, Darek was responsible for talent initiatives, training programs, and the implementation of a talent management system. Darek later worked at Dickey's Barbecue Restaurants, Inc. as the Vice President of Training and then Vice President of Operations. Since 2016, Darek has been Vice President of Operations at Cinergy Cinemas & Entertainment, and they are currently the Chief Operating Officer at Cinergy Entertainment as of 2018.
Darek Heath attended Texas Christian University from 1989 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science. Prior to their university education, Darek Heath attended Joshua High School, though specific dates or degree information were not provided for this period.
