Rich Schwarte

President & CFO at Cinergy Entertainment

Rich Schwarte has held various financial roles throughout their career. Starting in 1996, they worked as the Vice President of Accounting at Romacorp, Inc. until 2009. Rich then became the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Movie Tavern from 2009 to 2014. Following that, they served as a Senior Financial Professional for privately-held businesses including iT'Z Family Fun Center, PinStack, Alder Wood Partners LP, and Pivot Building Services. In 2014, they joined Pivot Building Services as the CFO, overseeing the company's janitorial, flooring, and facility services operations. From 2015 to 2019, they worked as the CFO at Coyote Theaters, where they played a key role in reinventing the drive-in theater concept. Rich then joined 8.0 Mgmt., Inc. as the CFO, responsible for managing and holding multiple restaurant units across six states. Currently, since March 2021, Rich Schwarte holds the position of President & CFO at Cinergy Entertainment, a Dallas-based cinema entertainment group with dine-in cinemas and bowling centers.

Rich Schwarte attended the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas from 2002 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
