Lilian is Cinven’s Head of Human Resources and has responsibility for delivering HR within the firm.
Prior to joining Cinven, Lilian worked at BDO in the UK, where she was the Assistant HR Director and led the Resourcing, Global Mobility & Immigration and HR Business Partner teams. Lilian is an experienced HR professional with first-hand experience of delivering a People strategy across a number of different sectors and has held senior positions within HR at KPMG and Linklaters.
Lilian has a BA in History from Queen Mary & Westfield College, University of London, and an MA in Human Resources Management from Middlesex University Business School. She is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.
