Previously, Matthew worked as a Manager in the Private Equity Transaction Services group at KPMG providing due diligence and transaction advice to private equity companies. Matthew began his career working at EY in the Transaction Services group.
Matthew has a BA in Economics from Durham University and is a Chartered Accountant.
He joined Cinven in 2011.
