Shin-Fang Wu

Shin-Fang WU is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and project management. Currently serving as Recruiting Team Lead and Human Resources Specialist at TCI Co., Ltd. since May 2022, Shin-Fang also holds an Associate membership at CIPD and the position of Executive Director at the Taiwan Africa International Service Association, focusing on fostering collaborations between Taiwanese volunteers and African partners. Notably, Shin-Fang led a significant ICT education initiative in Kenya and has a background in business innovation from National Tsing Hua University, where Shin-Fang worked as Executive Secretary. Academically, Shin-Fang earned a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and a Future Leadership Certificate from the University of Birmingham, along with a Bachelor's degree in Chinese Literature and an Interdisciplinary Programme Certificate in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from National Tsing Hua University.
