Vishrut Awasthi currently serves as the Director and Business Head for Emerging Channels at Cipla, overseeing the P&L for eCommerce, ePharmacy, and Modern trade within the One India business since December 2021. Prior to this role, Vishrut held several positions at GSK from May 2014 to November 2021, including Associate Director for eCommerce and Strategic Initiatives, as well as Business Head roles for both India and the Philippines. Vishrut also contributed to strategic projects in South-East Asia and marketed for the India business during this tenure. Additionally, Vishrut founded a non-profit organization, Anubhuti ki Aasha, and served as an advisor for The Blissful Doors, a food-tech startup. Early in the career, Vishrut worked as a Business Planning Analyst at Larsen & Toubro Power. Vishrut obtained an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Surat.
