Marlin Prager is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in finance and operations across the entertainment and technology sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at MIRIS since January 2022, Marlin has been instrumental in developing patented technologies for streaming spatial content. In parallel, Marlin holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at CIQ since January 2021. Previously, Marlin was CFO at OpenDrives from 2015 to 2021, COO/CFO at ZAG Entertainment between May 2017 and March 2019, and CFO at Legendary Entertainment from July 2005 to May 2017, where notable achievements included closing over $3 billion in bank financings and leading the acquisition by Wanda. Earlier career experiences include being a Partner at W2 Films/Digital Cinema Ventures, an Associate at Houlihan Lokey, and an Accountant at PwC. Marlin holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BA in Economics from UCLA.
