Michele Cavigioli (Milan, 1969) has held the position of Chief Financial Officer of CIR since January 2021. He is the Manager in charge of preparing the corporate accounting documents and is responsible for the Finance, Investor Relations, and extraordinary operations functions.
He is CEO of CIR Investimenti and director of KOS.
In the CIR group, he held the position of Central Finance Director from 2010 to 2020 and was a manager in the Investment Department from 2005 to 2010.
He worked from 1996 to 2005 at the Milan office of McKinsey & Company, dealing with telecommunications, high tech, finance, and consumer goods.
He worked in Deutsche Bank in Milan and in Magnemag AG in Copenhagen, in the design of HW and SW systems for the steel industry.
He graduated in 1994 in Electronic Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano, and in 1998 he obtained a Masters in Business Administration from Insead in France.
