CIRAD
Ibra Toure has extensive experience in geographic information science and pastoralism, currently serving as the Directeur régional at CIRAD for the Afrique de l’Ouest-zone sèche since July 1996. In addition, Ibra Toure has been functioning as an Assistant technique for the Projet Régional d'Appui au Pastoralisme au Sahel (PRAPS) since September 2015 and previously contributed as a Chercheur at CIRAD ES-UMR SELMET from November 2017 to August 2022. Ibra Toure holds a Doctorate in Geography, SIG, and Remote Sensing from Universite de Nice Sophia Antipolis, obtained between 1989 and 1994.
