Currently serving as SVP Growth Projects & Technology at Cirba Solutions since January 2023, prior roles include VP Manufacturing and VP Process Technology at Redwood Materials. Notably, during tenure at Albemarle Corporation, Thennis held various senior positions focusing on process technology and operational excellence for lithium salts production, contributing to significant revenue generation. Thennis began a career at Rockwood Specialties, where accomplishments included the establishment of a Global Process Engineering team and leadership in Lean Six Sigma initiatives. The educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from South Dakota Mines.
