Todd Kannegieter has extensive experience in finance and cybersecurity. Currently, Todd serves as Vice President of Finance at Circadence Corporation since June 2001, overseeing the company's financial management, reporting, and corporate functions. In addition, Todd is the Founder of VirtualArmour, a global cybersecurity and Managed Services provider, established in December 2001, which specializes in customized solutions for network security and expense optimization. Prior to these roles, Todd held finance executive positions at multiple organizations, including Rivien Communications, COMSAT International, and KPMG Peat Marwick, contributing to the success of telecommunications and satellite technology businesses. Todd earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Wyoming between 2002 and 2004.
