Rod Rackley

Rod Rackley is a seasoned executive in the out-of-home advertising industry, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Circle Graphics since December 2019. Under Rackley's leadership, Circle Graphics has become the leading producer of grand and large-format digital graphics, managing extensive manufacturing facilities across the United States. Previously, Rackley was the Founder/Partner of Anthem Displays, which specialized in innovative digital (LED) displays for the industry, and earlier held the role of Chief Revenue Officer at Circle Graphics, Inc., focusing on sales and marketing for traditional out-of-home operations. Rackley's career also includes significant experience at Lamar Advertising as Senior Vice President of Business Development and President of TLC Properties. Rackley holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University and an Executive MBA from Tulane University.
