Christian Minchella has over 26 years of work experience in various IT roles. Christian is currently the Head of IT Service Delivery at Circle Health Group since 2020. Prior to that, they held the same position at BMI Healthcare from 2018 to 2020, where they successfully implemented digital transformation strategies and managed relationships with stakeholders. Christian also served as the Service Delivery Director (Interim) at BMI Healthcare from 2016 to 2018, overseeing IT management stability and service delivery continuity. Christian also has experience as a Service Manager and Senior Server Engineer at BMI Healthcare, where they received recognition for their customer service and played a key role in infrastructure improvements. Earlier in their career, Christian worked as an IT Infrastructure Engineer at General Healthcare Group and held various positions at Halcrow, Barcape, Blue Chip Technologies, and Label Data Systems, gaining expertise in technical sales, ICT solutions consulting, and support management.
Christian Minchella attended Golden Grove Primary School from 1983 to 1985. Christian then attended Westerford High School from 1986 to 1987. After that, they studied at Rhodes from 1988 to 1991. In terms of additional certifications, Christian Minchella obtained the ITIL Service Transition (ITIL-ST) certification from EXIN your ICT competence partner in 2013, and the ITIL Service Design (ITIL-SD) certification from the same institution in 2014.
