Viet Bui is a Lead Engineer at Well™ since October 2023, specializing in psychological safety tools aimed at managing psychosocial risks in the workplace. Bui also serves as Lead Engineer at Circle In from March 2022. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Software Engineer at Latitude Financial Services, Coles Group, and Vivi, as well as Technical Lead at AIA Australia and Melbourne IT. Earlier positions include Senior Developer at Touchcorp Limited and Senior IDAM Specialist at KIT digital, Inc. Bui holds a Bachelor’s degree in Software Development from Swinburne University of Technology, earned between 2007 and 2010.
