Peter Gulliver

Peter Gulliver serves as the COO and CFO at CircleBlack since September 2024, following a role as an advisor for Peter J. Gulliver, where consulting focused on investor-backed growth companies. Previously, as Chief Financial Officer at Spruce from May 2022 to September 2023, Peter implemented a multi-year strategy to enhance operations and product development. While at Jasper, as Chief Banking Officer from July 2021 to January 2022, Peter crafted the business and product strategies for a new consumer banking initiative. From November 2013 to July 2021, as FSVP of Finance and Chief Strategy Officer at Bank Leumi USA, Peter played a crucial role in scaling the organization, achieving significant profit and asset growth. Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Yale University and an MBA from the Yale School of Management.
