Kelvin Chua has extensive work experience in various roles related to telecommunications and technology. Kelvin began their career in 2002 as a Systems Developer at the University of the Philippines. Kelvin then worked as a VoIP Consultant at Pan Pacific Computer Center and later at NextIX Inc. In 2004, they became the President of Netbridge Broadband, where they collaborated with Digitel to design a customer premise hosted PBX solution. Kelvin also served as a Technology Consultant for the Urdaneta City Council for Information and Communications Technology. From 2008 to 2014, Kelvin worked as a VoIP Consultant and Chief Technology Officer at the University of the Philippines and NextIX Inc. In 2012, they briefly worked as a VoIP Consultant at Stratpoint Technologies. In 2013, Kelvin co-founded Sipsurge, and in 2014, they became the Head of R&D at Circles Asia, where they are currently employed.
Kelvin Chua earned a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of the Philippines from 1997 to 2002. Kelvin then pursued a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the same university from 2003 to 2004.
