L. Zhuo has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. They most recently served as the Head of Customer Happiness Digitalisation at Circles.Life, where they were responsible for improving customer experiences by implementing innovative strategies and utilizing cutting-edge technology initiatives. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Product Design at Autumn, one of the ventures within SC Ventures by Standard Chartered Bank. They also served as VP of User Experience Design at Lazada, the APAC Web Experience Lead at Salesforce, and the APAC Lead Web Designer at 3M. Additionally, they owned and operated their own design studio, where they worked as a web designer and coder. L. Zhuo's expertise lies in user experience design, product design, and digital asset development.
L. Zhuo holds a Master's degree in Design and Digital Media from The University of Edinburgh. They have also obtained additional certifications such as the Elevate Leadership Program from Elevate Leadership and The Women in Leadership Executive Program from The George Washington University School of Business. L. Zhuo is also a Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) and a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance. They have completed the UX Research Basics course from Salesforce Trailhead.
