Jefi Santoso is an accomplished engineering and digital technology professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Container Exchange Services since September 2022, Jefi previously held the position of Digital Engineering Manager at The NRMA and Technical Lead at Commonwealth Bank, focusing on green field projects utilizing modern technology stacks. Jefi's career includes significant roles at Marsh & McLennan Companies, Collaborative Technologies Pty. Ltd., ANATAS, Inchcape Australia, and Subaru (Aust), responsible for various technical development and consulting activities across numerous clients in Australia and New Zealand. Jefi holds a Bachelor of Information Systems in Software Development from Australian Catholic University and has completed diplomas in Network Engineering and Computer Science from TAFE NSW and Sydney Institute of Business and Technology, respectively.

We are proud to develop successful recycling schemes that drive the circular economy for beverage packaging. We specialise in building and growing Container Deposit Schemes (10c refund for eligible drink containers). Through our technology and our business services, we support the full lifecyle of drink containers, helping our scheme partners to recycle close to 10 million containers every day. We have a large in-house software engineering team using modern technology stacks to develop and support our products. As well as a suite of SaaS products, our range of business services includes accounting, payments, brand & marketing, materials trading, HR, customer service and support. CES was formed in 2017 as a joint venture between Lion and Coca-Cola Europacific Partners and has grown rapidly. We are headquartered in McMahons Point, near North Sydney train station with beautiful harbour views.
