John Lammers

John Lammers is Co-CIO of Circumference Group’s Core Value Fund, where he oversees fund performance and the investments team’s implementation of methodologies used to evaluate a company’s sustainable long-term value.

In his role, John leverages his operational perspective and over 20 years of expertise in public and private markets to identify growth opportunities, especially in companies undergoing transformation and periods of change.

Prior to joining Circumference Group, John was a Portfolio Manager at Moore Capital Management, where he was responsible for executing all investment and risk management decisions for a global, long-short portfolio of corporate securities.

He has also held positions at Chesapeake Partners, Bear Stearns & Co. and Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. John holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
