Alexandra Williams

Alexandra Williams currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Member Regulation and Corporate Strategy at CIRO/OCRI since February 2023. Prior to this, Alexandra held various leadership roles, including Board Member at OBSI from February 2021 to February 2023, and Senior Vice President overseeing Operations and Compliance at Aviso Wealth from April 2018 to February 2023. Alexandra's extensive experience also includes positions as Chief Risk Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Qtrade Financial Group (2009-2018), Chief Compliance Officer at Wolverton Securities (2005-2009), and Vice President of Compliance at Raymond James Ltd. (1995-2004). Academically, Alexandra holds an MBA in Finance from Queen's University, a Master's degree in law focusing on Securities from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School, completed the Director's Education Program at the Rotman School of Management, and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from McGill University.
