Aaron Smith has extensive work experience in various roles within the quality and operations field. Aaron is currently serving as the Director of Quality and Operations at Cirque Corporation since May 2022. Prior to this, they founded their own company called Aaron Smith Technical Services in 2015, where they served as the President. In this role, they provided laboratory services and consulting work related to quality, engineering, and manufacturing. Before that, they held the position of Chief Technology Officer and Senior Engineering Fellow at Spectra Symbol from July 2015 to May 2022. Lastly, they worked at Fairchild Semiconductor for over a decade, starting as a Defect Management Engineer in May 2000 and progressing to roles such as Failure Analysis Laboratory Manager and Site Quality Manager.

Aaron Smith completed their education in a chronological order. From 1994 to 2000, they attended the University of Utah and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering. Following that, from 2001 to 2006, they pursued their Master's degree in Electrical Engineering at Walden University. Lastly, they attended Brigham Young University from 2008 to 2010, where they earned an MBA. No specific field of study was provided for their MBA degree.
