Brad Riching is an experienced Senior Developer Project Lead at Cirris Systems Corp since October 2012, where responsibilities include leading the development of the Small Point Count System (SPCS) cable tester product line and overseeing its architecture and design. Prior to this role, Riching served as an Embedded Product Engineer, focusing on embedded hardware and software development and participating as a trustee on the ESOP board. Riching's earlier experience includes a position as a Research Assistant at Brigham Young University, where research centered on a Hardware Description Language for Printed Circuit Boards, and significant contributions as an A/V Systems Engineer and Media Project Coordinator at the Missionary Training Center, where a large live-interpretation system was designed and installed. Riching began a career at Plexus Electronic Assembly Corporation as an Electronic Technician Intern, gaining essential skills in functional testing and repair. Riching holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Brigham Young University.
