Vlad Ogay

Vlad Ogay has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 2002 as an IT-specialist at Advance International Inc. Vlad then moved to Business Incubator SODBI as a Software Engineer in 2003. In 2006, they started at Arcadia Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer and Web Developer. In 2010, they joined NRGSOFT as Chief Executive Officer, in which role they oversaw multiple projects with various tech stacks, as well as architecting and developing a SaaS platform in 2020-2021. In 2022, they joined Cirrus Assessment as Lead Architect.

Vlad Ogay obtained a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Tashkent University of Information Technologies between 2000 and 2005. Vlad also holds a Microsoft Solutions Developer certification from Microsoft.
