Dhruv Hegde has a diverse work experience spanning from 2014 to the present. Dhruv started their career as an Office Manager at BollyZ Fitness Studio, where they analyzed and organized data, managed finances, and helped promote the business through marketing efforts. Dhruv then worked as a Front Office Specialist at Onelife Fitness, where they maintained and updated members in their internal computer system, managed day-to-day operations, and handled inventory for supplies.
In 2017, Dhruv interned as a Support Engineer at SAP, where they received training in SAP Fiori and analyzed and resolved incidents submitted by clients and customers through the SAP Support Portal. Dhruv also interned as a Cyber Security Analyst at Tosca, where they gained hands-on experience in identifying security vulnerabilities.
Dhruv continued to explore different fields, working as a Software Intern at UPS in 2020. Here, they utilized Microsoft Power BI to create reports of shipping and transportation information and tested the security of UPS servers and applications.
In 2021, they joined Anthem, Inc. as a Cloud Consultant. Dhruv recorded, transferred, and documented information within Genesys Cloud (AWS) for the Anthem GBD Behavioral Health Division. Dhruv also worked on managing incoming requests using dynamic load balancing and tested the network's capacity to support Genesys Cloud.
Most recently, Dhruv joined CirrusLabs in 2021 as a Business Analyst, although specific responsibilities for this role have not been provided. In 2023, they are set to join Zywie, Inc. as an Engineer.
Overall, Dhruv has exhibited a strong interest in diverse industries, including fitness, cybersecurity, software development, cloud consulting, and business analysis.
Dhruv Hegde completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Georgia State University, from the year 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, they attended South Forsyth High School and obtained their High School Diploma from 2012 to 2016.
In addition to their formal education, Dhruv has also acquired several certifications. Dhruv obtained the "Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate" certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in April 2022. In March 2022, they also obtained the "Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner" certification from the same institution. Prior to that, in August 2021, they achieved the "Scrum Developer Certified (SDC)" certification from CirrusLabs. In July 2021, they obtained the "Microsoft Azure Fundamentals" certification from Microsoft.
