There, Dan progressed from Design Engineer I to Senior Process Engineer, focusing on wire-wound resistance temperature detector (RTD) product families, quality improvements, process control, product redesigns for cost reduction, and automation. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Minnesota, earned between 2002 and 2007.
