Heather Dalton

Heather Dalton is a seasoned program analyst currently employed at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency since June 2020. Previously, Heather held the position of senior consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton from December 2017 to June 2020. Prior experience includes roles as a configuration manager and communications engineer II at Northrop Grumman between July 2006 and April 2009, as well as a project manager at AT&T from May 2000 to January 2006. Heather Dalton earned a Master's degree in Aeronautical Science with a focus on Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 2008 and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Central Oklahoma.
