Jonathan Buckles

Jonathan Buckles has extensive experience in the fields of security and public service, currently serving as a Supervisory Inspector and Senior Advisor for Chemical Security at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency since July 2009. Prior to this role, Jonathan was the Government & Industry Affairs Section Chief and a Chemical Security Inspector at the Transportation Security Administration from October 2002 to July 2009. Jonathan also worked as an In House Lobbyist for Defense Group Inc., collaborating with members of Congress on military installations, and served as Deputy Secretary and Public Information Officer for the Louisiana Department of State. Jonathan began his career as a Congressional Staff Assistant in the U.S. House of Representatives. Jonathan holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Communication and Media Studies from Louisiana State University.
