Julia Treanor

Julia Treanor is a seasoned professional in strategic communications and membership engagement with extensive experience in the public and private sectors. Currently serving as the Strategic Communications Lead for School Safety at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency since December 2020, Julia has previously held key roles such as Director of Membership Engagement at the Homeland Security & Defense Business Council and Senior Director positions at The Herald Group and the American Coalition for Clean Coal Electricity. Julia's career began with roles at Adfero and the National Federation of Independent Business, where responsibilities ranged from account supervision to political communications management. Julia holds a Master of Professional Studies in Political Management from The George Washington University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, History, and Sociology from Dickinson College.
