Kate Schwartzer, PMP, is an accomplished Management and Program Analyst at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, where responsibilities include serving as Acting Section Chief since February 2020. Previously, Kate held leadership roles including Vice President at Energetics and Program Director there from 2008 to 2017. Kate's expertise encompasses guiding complex projects, strategic planning, and public-private partnership development, particularly within the homeland security sector. Earlier experience includes serving as Director and Deputy Director of the Washington DC Office for the State of Delaware's Office of the Governor, where Kate managed stakeholder relationships and developed federal policy recommendations. Kate holds a Master’s degree in International Affairs with a focus on National Security Studies from The George Washington University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of Redlands.
