Christopher Eaves is currently a Client Success Manager at Cisilion since January 2022, previously serving as an Information Technology Service Delivery Manager at Flywheel IT Services Limited from January 2021 to January 2022. Eaves held the position of Senior Customer Success Specialist at SITA from January 2020 to October 2020 and worked as a Service Delivery Manager at Total IT Global from July 2018 to January 2020, where responsibilities included managing client relationships and ITIL processes. Prior experience includes serving as a Service Delivery Manager and IT Foundation Delivery Manager at Atos between January 2016 and June 2018, managing aspects of the BBC's transformation programme. Eaves began with a marketing internship at State Street in 2014 and gained finance experience at GE Oil & Gas as part of a university sandwich course. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from Robert Gordon University (2011 - 2015) and education at Ewell Castle School (1995 - 2011).
