Kelvin Ball serves as the Head of Talent at Cisilion since October 2020, focusing on enhancing client readiness for a digital future through exceptional consultancy and managed services. Previously, Kelvin held various roles at Volt - International from March 2000 to July 2020, including Talent Manager and Recruitment Business Partner, accumulating over 20 years of experience in the IT/IS/Technology sector with expertise in managing comprehensive recruitment processes. Kelvin also contributed to client development as a Principal Client Development Manager, fostering strategic accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction. Earlier career experiences include positions at Volt (Europe) and Currie Motors. Kelvin holds a BA (Hons) in European Business from Teesside University, earned between 1993 and 1997, and attended St Bedes Secondary School in Redhill from 1986 to 1992.
