Shelby Mendes, CTS-I, is a seasoned Solutions Architect with extensive experience in the audiovisual and technology sectors. Currently working at Cisilion since April 2023, Shelby has previously held similar roles at SPOR Group and Kinly, where responsibilities included serving as an AV Subject Matter Expert and a Provisioning Engineer, focusing on fabrication, configurations, installation, and commissioning. Prior experience includes positions such as System Specialist at Activu and Compliance Analyst at Security Validation LLC, among others in service and inventory control. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Science in Information Technology from Union County College and a High School Diploma in Computer and Information Systems Security from Union County Magnet High School.
