John Jermanis

John Jermanis is a seasoned software development professional with extensive experience in various leadership and engineering roles. Currently serving as Principal Software Engineer and Senior Manager at CI&T since October 2018, John has successfully implemented multiple projects, notably reducing manual labor in franchisee billing services by 95% through C# development. Previous roles include Senior Software Engineer and Software Development Manager at loanDepot, Inc., where John contributed to key projects in consumer lending. As Associate Director of Software Development at Tyco, John led a global team of over 50 engineers and was instrumental in the development of the TrueVUE platform. Additional experience includes significant contributions at Troy Group, Kofax Image Products, and earlier positions focused on software development and project management. John holds a B.S. in Information & Computer Science from UC Irvine, complemented by foundational education at San Leandro High School.
