Ferdinand Tan

Ferdinand Tan is a seasoned executive with a wealth of experience in information technology and operations management. Currently serving as the Group Chief Operating Officer and Group Chief Information and Technology Officer at CITADEL Pacific Ltd., Ferdinand also holds several board positions at Isla Petroleum & Gas Corporation, XISCO.co, and IP&E GBA Ltd. His previous role as Managing Director at Accenture involved leading large-scale outsourcing solutions. Ferdinand's extensive career at Shell spanned two decades, where notable positions included Director of Programmes for Global Commercial Businesses and GM & CIO for Retail East, focusing on IT strategy and digital solutions that enhanced operational efficiency. Ferdinand holds a BS in Electronics and Communications Engineering from De La Salle University and has completed executive education at Tsinghua University and IMD.
