John J Rivera

John J Rivera, PhD, L5, AIF, CFE, CM, SHRM-SCP, SPHRi, KSS, KHS, serves as an Adjunct Professor at Chaminade University of Honolulu and the University of Guam, where John J teaches courses in public administration and business. As the Certification Director for the SHRM Pacific State Council, John oversees SHRM chapters in Guam and the CNMI. At CITADEL Pacific Ltd., John holds the position of Director of Human Resources and Corporate Development, focusing on talent development and community engagement. Additionally, John is the owner of J | Rivera Consulting, specializing in executive education and organizational development, and has been the President of Allied Business Consultants, Inc. John is actively involved in community service as the Chairperson of the Guam Housing and Urban Renewal Authority Board of Commissioners and in various leadership roles within Rotary International. Educational achievements include a PhD in Organization and Management and an Executive Certificate in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School.
