Allie T.

Allie T. has a diverse work experience in the recruiting and business development fields. Allie is currently working at Citadel Securities in a recruiting role. Prior to that, they worked at Citadel as a Campus Recruiting Manager for three years. Before joining Citadel, they worked as a Business Development professional at Balyasny Asset Management. Allie also has experience in recruiting and talent acquisition roles at McKinsey & Company, Citadel, and Global Employment Solutions. Allie started their career as an Events Marketing Intern at Athlon Sports and later worked as a Community Relations Intern at the Nashville Predators.

Allie T. graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human and Organizational Development, with a concentration in Corporate Strategy. Prior to attending Vanderbilt, they completed their high school education at Carmel High School from 2002 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, Allie T. obtained a Hogan Certification from Hogan Assessment Systems in July 2022.
