Cristian Caramida

Cristian Caramida has an extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Starting in 2007, they worked as a CSE EMEA TAC at Cisco Systems until 2008. In the same year, they also worked as a Networking Consultant at Man Investments and a Network Consultant at RBS Global Banking & Markets. In 2008, they joined Tomorrow Communications as a Senior Network Engineer until 2011 and also worked as a Senior Network Engineer at RBS Global Banking & Markets during the same period. From 2009 to 2010, Cristian worked as a Senior Network Architect at Nomura. In 2011, they became a Senior Network Engineer at High Point Solutions until 2013. Then, they joined Jane Street as a Network Engineer from 2013 to 2014. Cristian worked as part of the Infrastructure team at KCG Holdings, Inc. from 2014 to 2017. Finally, they joined Citadel Securities as a Sr Network Reliability Engineer in 2018 and later transitioned to the role of Software Engineer.

Cristian Caramida graduated with a graduate diploma in Economics - Management from Universitatea "ARTIFEX" in the years 2002 to 2006. In addition, in July 2002, they obtained a certification in CCIE Routing & Switching from Cisco. Later, in August 2007, Cristian obtained a certification in CCIE Security and in October 2007 they obtained a certification in CCIE Service Provider. Finally, in May 2010, they obtained a certification in CCDE from Cisco. It is worth noting that the institution for CCIE Service Provider is not provided.
