Carrie Gannon

Carrie (Moroney) Gannon currently serves as HR COO at Citadel, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Carrie worked at Goldman Sachs for nearly two decades, starting as an Associate/Analyst in Employee Special Investments and progressing to Managing Director of Compensation, where responsibilities included global management of partner compensation and equity programs, as well as enhancing the partnership experience. Other key positions at Goldman Sachs involved leadership of the Global Ventures team and oversight of Americas Firmwide Compensation, focusing on benchmarking and annual compensation cycles. Earlier career experience includes a role as Senior Associate at Ernst & Young, where Carrie served as a national recruiter for the Audit practice. Carrie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Business Administration from NYU Stern School of Business.
