Prior roles include Head of Consultancy at Employsure and Specialist Employment Law Consultant at RBS Mentor Services Ltd. O'Donnell began as a Solicitor at Everingham Solomons Solicitors. Academically, O'Donnell holds degrees in Economics and Law from Macquarie University, a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law, a National Certificate in Workplace Mediation from TCM, London, and is a Change Management Practitioner from APMG - International.
