Rebecca Richardson has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rebecca began their career as a Floor Manager at McDonald's, where they focused on ensuring efficient operations and delivering excellent customer service. Later, at Maersk Line, they worked as an Import Customer Service Assistant, providing support and expertise to their team and other departments. During their time at Maersk Line, Rebecca also completed a Green Belt project and certification, highlighting their dedication to continuous improvement.

Rebecca then joined CMA CGM and held multiple roles, including Senior Customer Service Advisor and Business Process Expert. In these positions, they demonstrated strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams effectively. Rebecca played a significant role in the SAPHIR project, where they utilized their process knowledge to improve business operations and ensure the inclusion of necessary functionality.

Continuing their career in the shipping industry, Rebecca worked at APL as a Cargo / Operations Process Excellence Manager, responsible for managing cargo operations and optimizing processes for European operations. Rebecca also served as a Cargo Manager, overseeing import, export, and transhipment cargo, ensuring adherence to deadlines and maintaining up-to-date standard operating procedures.

Rebecca then joined MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company as a Business Analyst, where they conducted analysis work on various projects within the company. Rebecca'sresponsibilities included examining system interactions, analyzing business processes, and focusing on licensing and asset management.

Currently, Rebecca Richardson is employed as a Business Analyst at CITB. In this role, they work in the Change & Technology department, performing analysis on multiple projects and ensuring effective implementation within the business.
