Tristan Cullen

Tristan Cullen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Tristan is currently working at CITB as a Product Data Manager, where they analyze and manages data and information sources to support new and existing products and services. Tristan develops business cases and requirements, translating them into applications and systems. Prior to this, Tristan served as the Managing Director (Volunteer) at Endeavour Radio LTD, leading and managing a full-time FM Radio Station with a team of volunteers. Tristan oversaw content, budgeting, and ensured the station's objectives were met.

Tristan also worked at Virgin Media Business, where they held multiple roles. As a Carrier Performance Team Manager, they measured and drove the performance of external carriers and internal teams. Tristan ensured objectives were understood by all 50 personnel. Tristan also served as a Carrier Partner Manager, maximizing income and minimizing expenditure with off-net suppliers. Tristan provided key communication and documented processes to drive credits from suppliers. Additionally, they held the position of Carrier Partner Lead, managing off-net suppliers' performance through service improvement and action plans. Finally, Tristan worked as a Project Coordinator, delivering projects for B2B customers within specified timeframes.

Earlier in their career, Tristan served as an Administrator & Accounts Officer at Chattertons Solicitors, where they carried out general administrative duties and implemented changes at new branches. Tristan also worked at Arnold Deacon Greene & Co, first as an Office Manager, responsible for non-client-related matters and IT management, and later as a Head Receptionist. Throughout their career, Tristan has demonstrated strong leadership skills, financial acumen, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects and teams effectively.

Tristan Cullen attended Boston Grammar School from 1997 to 2007, where they completed 5 A Levels. Following this, they pursued higher education at the University of Kent from 2004 to 2007, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a 2:1 classification in Drama and Film.
