Godofredo Monge

Godofredo Monge has extensive experience in business intelligence and customer retention, currently serving as AVP at Citibanamex since July 2011, where responsibilities include developing customer retention strategies for small and medium enterprises, managing technology transformations, and overseeing product management related to payroll and personal loans. In addition to work at Citibanamex, Godofredo has been an Audio Producer at Ruidoso Studio since August 2016, focusing on podcast and music production. Previous roles include tech support for VIP users at Unilever, technical support for Verizon DSL customers at Telvista Inc., and customer service for US Airways at ATENTO México. Godofredo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems from Universidad Mexicana, S.C., earned between 2009 and 2012.
