Nick Orbaen has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Nick is currently the Director of Corporate Communications & PA at Citigate Dewe Rogerson, where they act as the single point of contact for clients in the Benelux region, including Blackrock, Brookfield, Carmignac, EY, Goldman Sachs, Oracle, Payton, and TPG. Nick is responsible for business development and providing board-level advice and communications support.

Before their current role, Nick was the Founding Partner and Managing Director of NO Communication, a strategic corporate communications consultancy. During their tenure, they worked on multinational change communication projects and reputation risk management for various clients, including Barry Callebaut. Nick also served as the Head of Press & PR Department at BAM NV, overseeing the corporate and project communications strategy for the Masterplan 2020 infrastructure project in Belgium.

Additionally, Nick has held positions as a Press & Public Affairs Attaché at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, where they handled media relations and public diplomacy strategy, and as a PR Manager at the Dutch Chamber of Commerce for Benelux, where they organized seminars and press conferences for Dutch companies.

Nick Orbaen's extensive experience in strategic communications, business development, and stakeholder management makes him a valuable asset in the field.

Nick Orbaen completed their Master's degree in Germanic Philology from Vrije Universiteit Brussel from 1980 to 1984. Nick then pursued an Executive MBA from Vlerick Business School from 2001 to 2003, with a project specialization in Crisis Communication and the development of a 'best practice' approach.
