Ayanna Stephens

Ayanna Stephens is a highly experienced talent acquisition and human resources executive with a robust background in diversity and inclusion. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Talent Management & DEI at Citi, Ayanna is responsible for talent strategies and leadership development within Global Wealth and US Personal Banking. Prior roles include SVP of HR Executive at Merrill Lynch, where Ayanna managed HR solutions for over 4,500 employees, and a variety of positions at Bank of America, including oversight of enterprise-wide diversity strategies and campus recruiting. Earlier career experience includes working as a Vice President at Goldman Sachs, focusing on talent management within the Securities Division, as well as recruitment positions at Lehman Brothers. Ayanna holds a BA/BSW in Social Work from Lehman College.
