Jean-Baptiste Binz

Jean-Baptiste Binz is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as the Managing Director - Finance COO - Head of Finance Operations at Citi since July 2022. In this role, responsibilities encompass overseeing all Business Execution functions for the Finance COO organization, managing a workforce of 1,000 people, and handling Resource Management for the CFO organization, which includes 12,000 personnel and a budget exceeding $500 million. Previously, Jean-Baptiste held various leadership positions at Bank of America from September 2002 to July 2022, culminating in the role of Managing Director - Chief Operating Officer for Global Credit and FICC ETF Trading. Jean-Baptiste also has experience in the Fixed Income and Derivatives Middle Office at Societe Generale and holds master's degrees from Université Lumière Lyon 2 and Ichec Brussels Management School.
