Tamar Yanushevsky Naaman

Tamar Yanushevsky Naaman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial services and operations management. Currently serving as Global COO and Global Head of Program Management and Client Engagement of Innovation Labs at Citi since October 2021, Tamar has previously held significant positions at Discount Bank from August 2010 to 2017, including Core Banking Manager and Chief of Staff for the IT & Operations Division. Earlier career experience includes roles at A.B.C (Yoram Shitrit) Ltd, where Tamar worked as an Account Manager, Project Manager, and Risk Management Application and Development Specialist from December 2002 to August 2010. Educational achievements include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Management and Finance from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, complemented by courses at Cornell University and Columbia University.
