Laurence Claerhout

Laurence Claerhout is a seasoned social entrepreneur with extensive experience in the short supply chain, currently serving as a social entrepreneur at LINKED.FARM since February 2016 and engaging with farms through Farm2fork in Asse. As an Associate Cooperant at Citizenfund, Laurence is involved in a financial revolution that empowers individuals to choose impactful enterprises. Laurence holds a position on the Management Board of Mabru vzw, a B2B grocery market in Brussels, and contributes as a tree planter with Forest Farm vzw. Previously, Laurence coordinated projects for Vanier.gent, promoting local food purchases from producers in and around Ghent. With a background in retail management, Laurence held leadership roles at Disney Consumer Products and Walt Disney, and began a career as a consultant at Andersen Consulting.
